The City Auditor and Clerk’s Office is responsible for the care and custody of all official records for the City of Sarasota. The department’s goal is to provide prompt access to all records and information for both the government that creates them and to the citizens it serves.
On our Documents tab, you can search for City Commission Ordinances, Resolutions and Minutes. eDocs enables anyone with access to the Internet to view and print City documents.
Please note, City Commission Agenda Packages are available by going to our Live
& Archived Video page. Upcoming meeting packages are typically posted to the website two or three days prior to the meetings.
